This site is a working notebook on health and longevity — written for myself first, and shared with anyone who finds it useful. I write about the things I'm reading, testing, and thinking through: supplements, hormones, sleep, the long-arc questions about feeling well as we age.
What you can expect
I write to figure out what I think. That means posts here will sometimes change. If new evidence shifts my view on a supplement, an HRT protocol, or a piece of advice, you'll see the change — annotated, not quietly edited.
What this site is not:
- Medical advice. I'm not a doctor. Talk to yours before changing anything that matters.
- Sponsored. No supplement company, lab, or telehealth platform pays me to write about them.
- Final. Most posts get revisited as I learn more.
